How secure is your site?
We process payments using a Stripe payment powered gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously and all payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.

What if I receive a faulty item?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be brought to our attention within 2 weeks after the product has been received. Once you have initiated contact with us through our 'Contact' tab or by emailing us at
support@veganious.com, a member of our Customer Service Team will discuss all of your available options with you.

What if I haven't received my order?
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be brought to our attention no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Once you have initiated contact with us through our 'Contact' tab or by emailing us at support@veganious.com, a member of our Customer Service Team will discuss all of your available options with you.

Can I exchange for a different size?
At the moment, we do not offer size exchanges. If you are ordering any type of clothing, sizing charts are provided in the product descriptions.
We encourage you to check and verify your size(s) before placing your order(s).
      
How long does it take to process my order?
We take 2-7 business days to fulfill our orders.
     
How soon will my package be shipped?
Once your order is created and processed, shipping speed depends on product type and destination.
